In this course we write to explore what we have learned about the heart’s desire. Stories help us organize our lives, communicate with our deepest self, and capture what might be forgotten. Complex and challenging, love is one of the many unresolved conversations in our lives. What have we learned from it? What has been the hardest thing? What did you think then? Or not say that you would like to say now?
We look at the many kinds of love we’ve experienced as a demonstration of how intimately we can be connected to others and ourselves. This course focuses on reflection, curiosity, finding meaning, and letting go. Notebook and pen are required.
