When people experience severe life stressors it’s not uncommon for them to feel their lives unraveling. Depression and grief can undermine the well-being of both clients and their families. My great passion is in supporting those who are losing faith in themselves, or have faced stressful life challenges like death, divorce, newly blended families, or a life-stage transition, become reconnected with themselves. I believe in the importance of helping clients find solutions to dilemmas, and improve their relationships with others.
